You know how we were all buzzing about Tesla finally opening its first showroom in Mumbai a little while ago? Well, guess what? They’ve only gone and done it again, super fast! Tesla just threw open the doors to their second Indian showroom right here in Delhi, in Aerocity! How cool is that?

This is a pretty big deal because it really shows how serious they are about making a splash in India’s electric car scene. I mean, they just opened in Mumbai, and now BAM! Delhi!

So, after all the excitement in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex, now you can actually go see a Tesla in person at the Worldmark complex in Aerocity. If you know Delhi, you know this spot is right by the airport, surrounded by all the fancy hotels and big corporate offices. It’s totally where you’d expect to find something like a Tesla showroom, right? They’re definitely aiming for the folks who are ready for a bit of luxury and cutting-edge tech.

The new showroom is pretty spacious, about 4,000 square feet, and from what I hear, they’re paying a pretty penny for it. But it makes sense – they really want you to have that full “Tesla experience” when you walk in. Just like in Mumbai, you’ll probably get to check out the Tesla Model Y, which is their first car for us here in India. It’s an SUV, so it makes sense why they’re leading with it. I’m sure the Model 3 will show up soon too!

It’s been a long road for Tesla to get to India, with all the back and forth about import taxes and building cars here. For now, they’re bringing in the full cars, not making them here yet. But honestly, opening two big showrooms so quickly tells me they’re really trying to get a feel for how much we want these cars before they drop the big bucks on a factory. It’s a smart move!

And it’s not just about the cars. They’re also planning to set up Supercharger stations all over Delhi NCR, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. That’s super important, right? You need places to charge these beauties! It shows they’re thinking about the whole picture, not just selling cars.

Okay, so yes, Teslas are going to be more expensive here than in other countries because of our import duties. But let’s be real, seeing a Tesla on the road is still going to turn heads. They’re going to push all the other car companies to step up their game in the EV space. Their tech is just next level, and everyone knows it.

So, the Delhi showroom opening isn’t just another store. It’s a huge sign that Tesla is truly here, no more “will they, won’t they” questions. It’s a super exciting time for electric vehicles in India, and with Tesla now in both Mumbai and Delhi, things are really going to speed up!

What do you think? Are you excited to see a Tesla in person in Delhi?
