TVS Sales Report of june 2025

What a month for TVS! June 2025 really showed us a company on the move, with some models absolutely crushing it and others hitting a bit of a rough patch. Overall, they finished their quarter on a high note, but the story changes a lot when you look at each vehicle.

Overall Performance: A Big Win

TVS saw its total sales jump by a massive 20% compared to last year. That’s a huge leap! Most of this growth came from two-wheelers, which were up 20% as well. It’s clear that while the local market is doing well, TVS is really finding its stride with exports, which shot up by an incredible 54%.

The Standouts

TVS Jupiter: The Jupiter was the undeniable star of the show. It had a phenomenal month, with sales soaring by nearly 50%! It sold over 107,000 units, making it the second best-selling scooter in India. This success is a big deal, especially since its main competitor, the Honda Activa, isn’t doing so hot right now. It seems like the Jupiter’s recent design changes are a big hit with customers.

TVS Apache: The Apache series continues to be a rock-solid performer. It saw a steady increase of over 11%, selling more than 41,000 units. While it didn’t have the explosive growth of the Jupiter, this consistency shows that the Apache brand’s reputation for performance is as strong as ever.

The Stumbles

TVS iQube: This is a bit of a tricky one. The iQube is still a major player in the electric scooter market, but its sales dropped by about 6% this month. TVS says this is because of supply chain issues, specifically a shortage of magnets needed for production. Despite this, it’s still leading in retail sales, so the demand is definitely there. Once they sort out the supply problems, we could see the iQube bounce back in a big way.

TVS Ntorq: The Ntorq had a tough month, with sales falling by almost 18%. This is a bit of a head-scratcher and suggests that the sporty scooter market might be changing, or maybe competition is heating up. TVS might need to think about new features or a refresh to get the Ntorq back on track.

TVS Raider: Just like the Ntorq, the Raider also saw a dip in sales, down by about 8%. The Raider has been a key model for TVS, so this decline is a bit concerning. It’s another sign that TVS needs to pay close attention to the commuter segment and figure out how to re-energize these models.

Final Thoughts

June 2025 was a month of mixed results for TVS. The overall numbers are fantastic, but they’re being carried by a few big winners, especially the Jupiter. The performance of models like the Ntorq and Raider shows that TVS can’t get too comfortable. With the festive season coming up, it will be interesting to see if they can turn things around for their struggling models.
